The way you breathe affects the way you live. When your breathing changes, your physical, emotional and spiritual state changes also. Understanding and making use of the breath purposefully, helps you to become healthy and balanced, releasing any fears or blocks preventing you from living your best life. You will be guided through Pranayama breath, forgiveness practices and guided meditation so that you can uncover areas in your physical, emotional and spiritual body where you may be blocked or carrying heavy energy. This meditation will help you to return to your natural state of self-love, self-forgiveness, and joy. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, and filled with compassion for yourself and others! This is a lie-down meditation and involves deep breathwork. Please ensure that you are in a private space and bring a journal, yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water (Eye masks are recommended).
