Service Description

1:1 coaching packages are customized for you. We will explore your current relationships and patterns in order to recognize what is holding you back so you can release what no longer serves you. I use a combination of Radical Forgiveness, Reiki, Breathwork and Self-Care to support you on your healing journey. You will be offered a safe, non-judgmental space where you will experience a sense of renewal and freedom. The initial session is 1.5 hour as we have a lot to cover, follow-up sessions are up to 1hr 15 minutes as we continue to work through the process. Please note that I do work on a sliding scale for those in need. I will customize a plan for you based on your needs, I recommend 3 sessions as a great starting point. 1, 3 or 6 month packages are most popular!
